This sounds like a wrong question because drinking itself is (considered by many) totally bad. But let’s say someone wants to drink but is health conscious, what should he/she drink?
Beer’s full of calories and only Michael Phelps should drink it. For men, making wine a regular drink would be like committing a sin!
So whats Rum vs Whisky vs Others from health point of view and which brand? And why?
Also, if you have any tips on how you drink responsibly and healthily, do share.
