Update: MS is now rolling out IE7 via Windows Update according to this report.
IE7 is not having much taker. 50% of Firefox users already use Firefox 2.0 but only 23% of Internet Explorer users use MSIE 7.0. Check IE7 and FF2 stat here.
As promised, Microsoft has finally realeased Internet Explorer 7 on the scheduled date of October 18. I use Firefox 99% of the time, and what really bugs me is the memory that FF hogs when you open more than 5 tabs. I tried the same thing with this release, it didn’t hog as much as Firefox does.
Firefox2 is going to be realeased soon and looks like the browser wars are just hotting up. May the best product win!

I tried Maxthon because it doesn’t take much memory like IE and FF. I still prefer FF. I occasionally use Opera too. But I still prefer FF.
I tried IE 7 beta. I didn’t like the look and I dumped it. I liked FF’s neat and clean interface. Also I have got use to ^T for opening new tab.
IE7 chu kan test ve chhin a nge.

You know ben, I was about to post a topic. But I hate the timing of these guys!
I wonder how long these guys sat on this? They cannot say this was not in the RC’s. The whole point of Microsoft releasing a public beta and RCs was so that people outside the company are able to test the software to help improve it, whether in features, refinements or bugs. Security firms that purposely time crap like this really suck!
When you knew about it, tell the world about it. Don’t sit on the information to gain an advantage later on.
