Its almost 6am and well i finally remember to “find” a solution inorder to download youtube videos or any of those stream videos ( you might have to download a couple of programes but its worthed). Anyways before i hit the sack here are the steps..
First copy the url of ur video in this Link [ the box is at the top u'll see] then you will have to change the file extension to flv(flash video) after the video is “downloaded” dont worry if you do not have flv player the next step is the ultimate solution..
Second – Download this program Here this will convert ur video to a media file so u can play with ur Window Media Player.( note convert in Mpeg1 format)
Well I guess thats it..just wanna share for people who might find it useful..If u knew this already”Good for you, Enjoy”

Aw ih maw folder i save naah khan kal la go to tool>folderoptions>view and uncheck ” hide file extention — chuan i file dl khan extention a neih ka ring lo a mahse rename it “name.flv” and this will convert it to flv file after that u can convert to mpeg or avi by the program that i attached(link kha) chumi hnuah chuan theih mai ang..
